Nike, Air Maxima (Graphic Design)
To celebrate Maxima's birthday, Queen of the Netherlands, we’ve designed a special pair of 'Air Maxima' Nikes. I've been exploring a pattern inspired by the delftware (a ceramic style that has a big part in the Dutch culture). The final artwork is only made with the swoosh of Nike and the 3 crosses of Amsterdam. The sculpture is now in the office of Wieden+Kennedy in Amsterdam.
